MULTIPANEL INTERNACIONAL MADRID, S.L. contributes to the construction of nearly zero energy consumption buildings (EECN) with its MultiZero thermal-acoustic panels.
Near-zero energy consumption will be a legal requirement in the construction of buildings. We have to comply with the European Directive 2010/31/EU which determines that from December 31, 2018 all new public buildings will be EECN, nearly zero energy buildings, and from January 1, 2021 all other buildings.
The Passivhaus standard is based on an exhaustive procedure in the design and development of the project and execution, which results in buildings with a really low energy demand, managing to maintain a constant and comfortable temperature inside.
MultiZero panels are panels with high thermal and acoustic insulation performance, made to measure and adapted to the needs of the builder. The installation of these panels saves time and money with a quick and clean installation, which avoids messy masonry work.
MultiZero panels are composed of insulation boards, acoustic boards, cement-wood or laminated plaster boards, depending on the final application of use, for all interior and exterior divisions of the house.
